Another...and final...School Year

Funny how time flies by...today was our last day of classes for the 1st semester at Algonquin (I am in the Florist program if you didn't know)...all we have left are finals, Practicuum, and the ID sheets...all of which are required to be finished in two weeks...nice, eh? :) You know? It is kinda weird posting on here...I feel like I am talking to myself...which I do not doubt that I am for hardly no one knows of this site and even fewer (if any) visit it...but that is due to my own neglect of it so I can blame no one but myself for talking to myself :) Sometimes I seriously think of writing whatever on here...but what would be the use of keeping a real, written journal/diary if I did that? You tell me! Or maybe I will tell myself...hmmnn...in English class...would this be called manually expressed self talk? :D Lol.

Jump into Summer 2007

Time for an update...I graduated almost a month ago now. Everything did go by quickly and at the end of two years, they don't seem so long when you look back on them. And the best surprise Graduation gift ever was that my WHOLE family came down for it!!! Yep...with the help of a couple DVD players they made the whole way there. The drive back was fun too...at least to me, it didn't seem so long as you would think (17 hrs plus 7 hrs),

I have just been puttsing around so far...of course I have lots of plans but they need a little bit of gasoline to get going. Anyway...the whole reason I actually thought of updating this was because no on was on any of my IMs :(

Zoto Shut Down

To those of you who knew about or actually even visited the picture sites I had set up with Zoto, take heed! Zoto is upgrading their site as of tomorrow and from henceforth all free accounts will be eliminated. Donc (French for "therefore"), my sites will no longer be available on there. College pictures can be viewed on Mr. Kleinsmith's site www.kleinsmith.smugmug.com and just follow the links. My personal pictures will be accessible at some other places only to the priviledged...so if you want to see them, drop me a request although I do not guarantee a response (if you are smart, you will find a way to some of them right from this very page :D )

Snowstorm

Yippeee!!!! It is snowing again...a very beautiful snow. In about two hours, we have gotten 3 inches already. It is so pretty outside.

Snow Day

Aha!! Finally...we got a snow day yesterday! No Physics lab which is sweet! Only a Theology test today. No Metaphysics for the whole week since Fr. MacPherson is at the priest meeting. Over all...a very nice week. Well...that day off yesterday gave me time to make some brownies :D The cafeteria kitchen kindly gave me some eggs and butter to use.

Now today... Happy Birthday BENJAMIN!!!!! Happy St. Valentine's Day everyone!!! It is a great day!!

February Already !!!

Yep...so it is. Only 16 weeks till Grad. Scary, eh? Still...the weather is totally colder than it was this time last year...there is still some snow here and it has mainly been below freezing...except for yesterday which was wonderful...sunny, warm, and smelt like spring...not so today :(

2nd Year 1st Semester Finals

THEY ARE OVER!!!! I have finished all my exams for this semester!!!! At ten minutes to 10 o'clock this morning I handed in my last exam - Ethics. Fr. MacPherson made up a really great story/example...it incorporated our whole class :) LOL!!! I just might frame it! Thank you for all the prayers...it is most greatly extremely appreciated! I now have only to wait until I get them back...Physics results already came back...B- overall for the semester...I think 83% sounds better but c'est la vie :D

Three Days Till I go Home

Yep...I am leaving Saturday at 1:30 for Canada!!! This semester has gone by so fast...I just hope that Christmas vacation won't fly by in the same way. Last night we had our final volleyball game before Christmas break...it was cold...that should say it all so I don't think I need to mention that there was frost on the picnic table :D It was fun as always. I attended the last concert practice since I shall not be here for it on Sunday; and it was sounding great! There is quite a nice orchestra gathered...violins, cellos,etc., even a tuba! I am glad I was able to hear it...I like concerts :) Anyway...Jake, you are probably the only one that reads this blog and you know everything already so I shall just post this now. I hope you update yours soon as well ;) See you soon!

Thanksgiving 2006

Vacation is finally here!!! It came just in time. NO classes on Wdnesday, Thursday, OR Friday of this week!! Then it is only three more weeks till Christmas break!!! Yippee! I can't wait to get home. What else can I write?...just minor side points, I guess...the weather has definitely been cooler lately but most of the time it warms up quite a bit during the day. I have received and email from Mary and one from Ben...very nice surprises ;) I will be leaving here on the 16th of December at 1:30 in the afternoon...which means that I will be in Canada by 7:30 that same evening! *sigh* It will be here before I know it...well...figuratively speaking :D
